MD appliance LLC continues to follow and monitor CDC, local, and state guidelines regarding coronavirus COVID-19. We are taking CDC guidelines seriously to ensure the safety of our customers, our technicians, and the community we serve.￼
As a response to this rapidly changing situation, we have taken several steps to reduce the risk of contracting and spreading this disease. We require all the technicians to wear protective gear while entering homes or businesses as a precautionary measure to reduce possible contamination. They will maintain recommended social distancing, appropriately clean after their work, and follow all the recommended health guidance.
When scheduling a service appointment, we will ask you a few questions about your potential exposure to COVID-19. Let us know If you believe that you or someone in your household or someone who you are in close contact with has been exposed to COVID-19 or showing symptoms like fever, cough, or shortness of breath. Our office will gladly reschedule the service appointment. Please stay safe and healthy, and please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
