What To Expect

Service procedure

After scheduling the appointment with you, our technician will give you a courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival to inform you of his coming to your home. He will introduce himself, ask you about your malfunctioning appliance, perform the diagnostic check, and tell you about his findings. He will leave all the results, and the estimated cost of all necessary repairs in an invoice's written form. The technician will do all the required repairs only after your approval. If you, for any reason, decide not to proceed with repairs, you will need to pay us a one-time diagnostic fee. (diagnostic fee covers all our expenses related to our visit to your home: use of the company service vehicles, cost of our technician services and expertise, and dispatching and bookkeeping services). When you agree to repair your appliance with us, we will waive the diagnostic fee.


We stock spare parts in our service vehicles, but sometimes, if the parts are not available locally, we will have to supply them from another location, usually taking a day or two. We use genuine brand parts only. Special order parts require a down payment for part and shipping cost. Suppose you decide to cancel a parts order. In that case, you need to understand that we have to protect ourselves from unnecessary spending, so for that matter, FOR ANY CANCELED PART ORDER 30% CANCELLATION AND RESTOCKING FEE APPLY. In most cases, the parts warranty is 30 days if they are supplied or installed by MD Appliance LLC.

In the beginning, it was one man sole proprietorship business, and for about the next ten years, we contracted local factory service companies in San Diego. We worked hard, trained well, and wanted to improve our performances and take it to the next level. 2011 we changed our name to MD Appliance LLC and changed the ownership structure to LLC Partnership. Our goals are still high. We are working hard to improve our customer service relationship and make our work an excellent experience for our customers.
